As part of our new administration’s ongoing efforts to review and maintain accurate records, we are currently auditing the Certified Tribal Roll submitted to the Department of the Interior/Office of Federal Acknowledgment in 2009. During this review, we have identified several Tribal Members whose enrollment files are missing key documentation.
To ensure your membership remains in active status, we kindly ask all Tribal Members to:
We understand that some documents may have been submitted to previous administrations. If that is the case, we sincerely apologize, but our administration is committed to ensuring all records are properly tracked, filed, and finalized. Once complete, a Letter of Certification will be mailed to confirm your enrollment is in good standing.
If you recognize any names on the list of Tribal Members who have since journeyed to the night sky with our ancestors, we also kindly ask that you use the form to notify us so we may respectfully update our records.

A representative from our Membership Committee or Tribal Chairman Nathan K. Banda will follow up by email or phone to inform you of the specific documents needed to complete your file.
