As Acjachemen, our land was bountiful and rich in natural resources. Our ancestors prided themselves in honor and traditions. As Nations pushed their interest into our land, the need for "Warriors" was introduced. The Acjachemen Nation has always had members ready to answer the call to serve. We are proud of our traditional homeland and our country, joining the Military was our way of protecting this. Our Acjachemen members have served in many major conflicts as: World War I, World War II, Korean War, Vietnam War, Gulf War, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
